Mike Ryan c3204bcab7 Show emulator gutters/margins, tweak layout 
- Improve contrast between LED rectangles and gutter/margins so that the
individual LED "pixels" are visible.
- Try to consolidate some of the math with respect to rendering the emulator
layout.
